2x bounty PKO push/fold chart

A double-size bounty, and the big blind's calling range widens sharply again, now well past what it calls on the plain ICM chart. The small blind's range still holds roughly where it was. Recreational PKO advice is to chase big bounties, and that is right for the player who covers. For the short stack in the small blind the chart says the opposite, because in this spot the bounty can only ever be won against you.
