4x bounty PKO push/fold chart

A four-times bounty dwarfs the ordinary pay jump, and the chart reflects it: eliminating the villain is now worth more on its own than most of what a min-cash is worth, so the range widens toward gambling to bust them rather than playing around the pay jump. Treat this as the edge of the model, not a typical spot — most PKO bounties are nowhere near this large relative to the pool.
