4x bounty PKO push/fold chart

A four-times bounty dwarfs the ordinary pay jump, and the big blind now calls with more than half its hands, over twice its range at the half-size bounty. Only here does the small blind's jam widen a little: the bounty pool makes every chip worth more in cash, which softens the ICM penalty on risking them, though the range stays far narrower than the plain ICM chart. Treat this as the edge of the model, not a typical spot. Most PKO bounties are nowhere near this large relative to the pool.
