Just over half of hands, and the range has stopped being "most things" and started being a real selection: every pair, every ace and every suited king, the better suited connectors and the higher offsuit broadways. Twelve big blinds is also roughly where a jam stops being obviously the best available action. It is still a fine simplification, but a player with a raise-fold option is now leaving something on the table by ignoring it.

These ranges are solved here rather than copied from a published chart. The solver uses the exact all-in equity of every pair of hands rather than a simulation, and the solved ranges are checked so that neither player could gain as much as a hundredth of a big blind by playing any single hand differently. Hands on the edge of a range are close to break-even either way, so they are where charts from different solvers most often disagree, and where a small difference costs least.
