ICM Calculator
Work out each player's fair equity share of the prize pool from stack sizes and a payout structure — the same number a final-table deal should pay out.

How ICM equity works
The Independent Chip Model (Malmuth–Harville) treats each player’s chance of finishing in a given place as proportional to their stack, recursively over every possible finishing order, then multiplies by the payout for that place. The result is each player’s expected dollar equity — a chip leader with 50% of the chips gets less than 50% of the prize pool, because second- and third-place money is still valuable to the shorter stacks.
This is also the standard basis for a final-table deal: a fair “ICM chop” pays every player exactly their ICM equity from this calculator, so the two tools are the same computation.
